As a third-party testing laboratory, Great Wall testing establishes and operates a quality system in strict accordance with ISO/IEC 17025 accreditation standards.
1. Before using the equipment, check its performance and lubrication. All parts and electrical devices should be normal before they can be started.
2. The safety operation rules of each test machine should be strictly observed when using.
3. Do not place tools, samples, etc. on the test machine.
4. The hardness, bending, compression and fatigue tests of brittle materials shall be protected by a protective device.
5. High temperature stretching or other heating test, when the electric furnace is heated, the current should be controlled to rise evenly. When loading and unloading samples, you must turn off the power and wear asbestos gloves if necessary. Inflammable and explosive materials must be kept away from the electric furnace, and fire-fighting equipment should be provided indoors.
6. The indoor power distribution cabinet should be managed by a dedicated person. If the equipment fails, it should be powered off immediately and the electrician should be notified to repair it.
7. Test equipment shall not be allowed to exceed the rated load. Work hard to concentrate, not to leave the job, if you have to leave, you should stop or give account to the custodian.
8. Care must be taken when conducting the test:
1) According to the shape, specification and performance of the sample, select the measuring range, fixture, add the corresponding weight and install the necessary accessories;
2) At the beginning of the test, make several instant starts (opening and stopping) to facilitate lubrication and check the condition of the running parts of the testing machine;
3) After the work is completed, turn all the moving parts back to the original position, and close the oil valve and power supply.
9. The testing machine is verified once a year by the metrology department. Check it once a quarter with a dynamometer. The dynamometer is calibrated once a year.
10. Machines and equipment that are not used for a long time should be sealed with oil and sealed and regularly inspected and maintained. The oil pump is changed twice a year. The domestic 50 oil is used to add 20 to 30 working oil. The lifting screw and the upper and lower chucks are often lubricated. The bright part should be coated with Vaseline.
