Failure analysis is a developing subject, which has been popularized from military industry to common enterprises in recent years. Based on failure modes and phenomena, it generally simulates the recurrence of failure phenomena through analysis and verification, finds out the causes of failure, and excavates the activities of failure mechanism. It is of great practical significance in improving product quality, technology development, improvement, product repair and arbitration of failure accidents. The methods can be divided into lossy analysis, nondestructive analysis, physical analysis and chemical analysis.
