I. recruitment position, number of employees and scope of work:

1. Position: project leader, inspector

2. Quota: no restriction

3. Work: inspection of electric power, petrochemical, shipping, Marine engineering and other projects

 

Ii. Recruitment requirements

1. College degree or above in science and engineering

2. Male, project leader 30-55 years old, project inspector 18-50 years old

3. Test related working experience and relevant certificates are preferred

4. Healthy, hard-working, responsible and self-motivated, with team spirit

 

Iii. Career planning

1. Planning for internship students:

The company will provide one-month training on NDT skills. For those who pass the examination, the company will arrange 2-month operation practice on relevant project sites. For those who pass the training and examination and can meet the requirements of field operation and practice, the company will first sign the probation contract of the company's employees (the salary is the same as that of the employees under the formal contract, and they will pay accident and injury insurance). After the formal graduation and academic qualification certificate is obtained, the company will sign the labor contract and pay the five insurances.

2. Planning for fresh graduates/previous graduates (those without NDT work experience) :

The company will provide a one-month training on NDT skills, and the qualified personnel will be sent to the relevant project site for a 2-month probation period. Our company will sign the labor contract and pay the five insurances to the personnel who can meet the requirements after passing the training examination and site operation trial.

3. Planning for those with testing experience:

The company will first conduct an examination related to its NDT skills (mainly practical operation). After passing the examination, the company will arrange to enter the relevant field project for a trial period of up to three months. After passing the assessment, the company will sign the "probation contract of the company's employees". For the personnel who pass the training and examination and can meet the requirements of on-site operation and trial, when they submit valid education certificates and personal qualification certificates related to testing to the company, our company will sign a labor contract with them and pay the five insurances.

4. After signing the labor contract for the above 1 and 2 types of personnel, the company will arrange to participate in the training and evidence collection of relevant industry testing qualification certificates according to the personal skills and willingness. The training fee can be reimbursed by the company after the individual signs the training agreement with the company.

5. The on-site project manager will conduct random checks on interns and probationers during the project work (including on-site operation ability, learning ability, compliance with the company's various regulations and morality, etc.). During this period, the company will decide whether to pass the internship and probation or pass the probation period in advance according to the results of spot check reflected by the project manager.

 

Iv. Salary:

4.1 interns:

1. Internship salary + piecework bonus, 2500-3500 yuan/month during the project

2. Internship salary is determined according to education background and internal assessment, 2500-3000 yuan/month

3. Piecework bonus: 200-500 yuan/month

4.2 regular employees:

1. Salary composition: fixed salary + piecework bonus + project subsidy, monthly income of 4000-12000 yuan during the project period

2. Fixed salary: RMB 3,000-8,000 / month, determined according to education background, experience, qualification certificate and internal assessment

3. Piecework bonus, which reflects more efforts and more rewards. The average project period is 1000-3000 yuan/month

4. Project subsidy: 100-1000 yuan/month from the company headquarters to the project

 

V. welfare benefits
